Enterprise DNACode + implementation

Omni by Enterprise DNA · CDK Global alternatives

Your dealership system. Built around your yard.

Looking for a CDK, Pentana or Titan alternative? Compare a custom system for your lot, deals and workshop with the full cost of switching.

Your workflows. Your brand. Setup, migration and ongoing support scoped together.

A replacement that earns its place

Start with the work your team actually does.

Bring your current bill and the workflows you rely on. We map what to replace, what to connect and what the full change will cost.

Fit your rules

Map your aged line, floorplan rates, approval steps, documents and the thresholds your compliance obligations actually set.

Bring the history

Test customer and inventory mapping from your DMS exports, and plan the compliance paper walk unit by unit.

Make the costs explicit

Compare the per-rooftop bill and the integration tolls with build, migration and running costs, module by module.

Put the numbers beside each other

What does switching save after all the costs?

Compare the annual spend you can actually stop with the complete replacement cost. Enter all amounts in the same currency, excluding tax.

Include maintenance, backups, model usage and required integrations. Count each cost once. Changing currency changes labels only.

Know exactly what you are buying

A clear scope before you switch.

What the free foundation includes

  • Customer, vehicle, deal, repair order, parts, invoice and settings records.
  • Lot, deals, workshop, service-due, money and compliance commands with documented demo data.
  • Documented CSV import mapping to assess your existing records.

What we assess and quote for your business

  • OEM, finance company and payment integrations, if your workflow needs them.
  • A web front end for the team or a customer-facing surface.
  • Migration, training, hosting, backups and ongoing support.

The free foundation does not connect to OEM systems, finance companies or your accounting ledger, and it records what the dealership enters. Integrations and customer-facing surfaces are scoped explicitly. We identify these dependencies before quoting a replacement.

A practical route out

Make the move in measured steps.

  1. 01

    Review

Map your costs, essential workflows, integrations and renewal dates.

  2. 02

    Prove

Demonstrate the agreed workflow and test a sample of your export.

  3. 03

    Move

Reconcile the data, train the team and run a controlled cutover with a rollback plan.

  4. 04

    Run

Maintain the system under an agreed support scope and keep improving it.

Retire existing licences after acceptance and within your contract terms. Code access, data export, hosting and handover rights are documented in the proposal.

Built in the open

Inspect the foundation. Choose how you run it.

Dealership for Claude Code is the open-source starting point. Run the documented demo with sample data, inspect the code and read its limits. The managed engagement adds the migration, connections and custom work agreed in your scope.

The code is free under its published licence. Hosting, model usage and maintenance still have a cost.

Before you decide

Will a custom system always be cheaper?

No. We compare the module bill you can stop with build, migration and running costs. For a single-rooftop franchise locked into OEM-mandated systems, staying put can be the better choice, and we will say so.

Do the salespeople need to use Claude Code?

No. The free foundation is run by whoever runs the desk today. In a managed engagement we agree who touches what.

Who owns the code and data?

The public foundation is MIT licensed. Your proposal documents access to your data, rights to custom work, hosting responsibilities and the handover process.

What does the review cover?

Your actual DMS and integration spend, your compliance obligations, essential workflows and the wires you cannot live without. We establish fit and identify the scope needed for a useful demonstration and proposal.
