The plans
What JAVLN charges
JAVLN prices its platform per user, per month, and quotes that figure on application rather than listing it publicly. On top of the seat price, the modules you need and the implementation project are charged separately, so the real bill is built from several quotes rather than one number.
JAVLN platform
Quoted privately
JAVLN prices per user per month and quotes the platform on application, then charges separately for modules and implementation.
How the bill is built
A seat price for every user
JAVLN prices per user per month and quotes the platform on application. The account executive, the claims broker, the support person who checks a schedule and the principal who reads the renewal list are four seats, whether they log in daily or once a fortnight.
Modules bought one at a time
Quoting, renewals, client management, claims, financial management and compliance are sold as separate modules of one platform. The audit trail and compliance reporting sit in the tier above the one a five person brokerage would otherwise buy, so meeting one licence obligation can mean upgrading everything.
Implementation fee, then every change
A project fee is charged before anyone logs in, and reviewers note that configuration is still manual for a platform that size, with improvements taking longer than expected. Every time your renewal process changes afterwards, it becomes a change request, priced on its own.
Paying to get your own data out
Twenty years of policies, claims and correspondence sit in a database you cannot query directly. Leaving means asking the vendor for an export of the records your own business created, and paying again to have that data moved into whatever comes next.
A year of JAVLN
A year of JAVLN is several quotes added together
There is no public number to multiply, because JAVLN prices per user per month and quotes the platform, the modules and the implementation on application. What drives the yearly total up is how many seats you carry, how many of quoting, renewals, claims, financial management and compliance you need, and the size of the implementation project before anyone logs in.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
Screens over records that are yours
The clients, the policies, the expiry dates and the claims are yours. What you rent, per seat, per month, is the screen sitting between you and them, before the implementation fee and the modules are even added on.
Compliance features held in a higher tier
The audit trail and the compliance reporting a five person brokerage actually needs sit in the tier above the one it would otherwise buy. Meeting a licence obligation can mean paying for a whole tier you do not otherwise want.
Access to your own history
Twenty years of policies, claims and correspondence sit in a database you cannot query. Leaving means asking the vendor for an export of data your own business created, and paying to have it moved.
The owned alternative
The records stay yours, run in plain language
Enterprise DNA builds your own version around how your brokerage actually runs, brings your JAVLN data across and runs it for you, for one setup fee and then a monthly retainer, with no per seat pricing to grow every time you hire. Renewals, claims and advice records sit in a database you own, worked in plain language through Claude Code. An owner who wants to run it themselves can start with the free version.
Broking for Claude Code
One setup fee, then a monthly retainer. No per-seat plans, no tiers, and the system is yours.

Questions
JAVLN pricing, answered
Why won't JAVLN tell me a price upfront? expand_more
JAVLN prices per user per month but quotes the platform on application rather than publishing a rate. Modules and implementation are quoted separately again, so you only see the full figure once a salesperson has priced your seat count, your modules and your project.
Does the JAVLN bill grow just from hiring staff? expand_more
Yes. JAVLN charges per user per month, so every account executive, claims broker or support person who touches a policy is another seat, whether they log in daily or once a fortnight. Adding staff adds seats, and seats are the base of the bill.
If I need a compliance feature later, what does that cost? expand_more
Audit trail and compliance reporting sit in the tier above the one a smaller brokerage would otherwise buy, so needing one feature to meet a licence obligation can mean upgrading the whole platform tier, on top of the seats and modules already being paid for.
