The plans
What NetSuite charges
NetSuite prices its licence each year around the platform you run, the modules you switch on and the number of named users on the account. Oracle adds an implementation fee on top and does not publish a total, so the final figure comes from a private quote built around your setup.
NetSuite licence
Quoted privately
Priced each year on the core platform, optional modules, named users and OneWorld for multiple companies, plus an implementation fee.
How the bill is built
The core platform licence
An annual platform licence is the starting point of a NetSuite quote. It covers the base system your team works in before any modules or extra users are added to the price.
Named users push the price up
The number of named users contributes to the licence. Reviewing an order or pulling a report counts the same as daily use, so counting only the people who truly need full access matters.
Optional modules stack the total
Modules add to the quoted price on top of the core platform. Match the modules you are paying for against the routines your staff actually use each week before renewing.
Multiple companies and implementation
OneWorld covers subsidiaries and group reporting across more than one company. Oracle also lists a separate implementation fee alongside the licence, so a new setup is compared on migration scope as well as the renewal bill.
A year of NetSuite
What the private NetSuite quote adds up to
NetSuite gives no public yearly figure. Oracle builds the quote from the core platform, the number of named users, any optional modules you switch on, OneWorld for multiple companies, and an implementation fee. Each of those pushes the private annual total higher before you see a number.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
A licence built on user count
NetSuite counts every named user in the price, including people who only check an order or run a report, so headcount alone raises the annual bill regardless of how much they use.
Modules priced whether or not used
Optional modules add to the quoted price. You pay for functionality across the suite even when your team only relies on a handful of the recorded routines each week.
Group reporting bundled as OneWorld
Running more than one company means paying for OneWorld to get subsidiary and group reporting, on top of the core platform, users and modules already in the quote.
The owned alternative
Own the records instead of renting them
Enterprise DNA builds your own version around how your business runs, brings your NetSuite data across and runs it for you, for one setup fee then a monthly retainer. There is also a free version you can run yourself, with no per-seat licence and no annual NetSuite quote to negotiate.
Cloud ERP for Claude Code
One setup fee, then a monthly retainer. No per-seat plans, no tiers, and the system is yours.

Questions
NetSuite pricing, answered
How is the NetSuite bill actually put together? expand_more
NetSuite builds an annual licence from the core platform, the optional modules you switch on, the number of named users on the account, and OneWorld if you run more than one company. An implementation fee sits on top. None of this is published as a total, so you only see the figure once Oracle quotes it.
Why can't we find a NetSuite price online? expand_more
Oracle's own pricing page lists the licensing model, platform, modules, users, OneWorld and implementation, but no dollar amount. The total is only available through a private quote, which is why comparing your own renewal figure against another system means asking Oracle directly rather than checking a public price list.
What happens to our NetSuite records if we move? expand_more
NetSuite exports your saved searches as CSV, which is the documented way to bring operational records like orders, stock and fulfilment out. Enterprise DNA uses that export to bring your data into your own version, with mapping and reconciliation, so you keep the history instead of leaving it inside the NetSuite account.
