Enterprise DNA

Instead of Pipedrive

Stop renting Pipedrive. Own your CRM.

We build your version around how you sell, follow up and track deals, bring your Pipedrive data across, and run it for you. No plan tiers, and the system is yours.

Pipedrive charges per seat, per month, with reporting, automations and add-ons locked behind higher tiers.

What you are paying for

Most of a Pipedrive bill is the front end

The customer list is yours. The screens around it are what you rent, and the rent is set per person, per month, per tier.

paid

A seat for everyone who looks

Every person who needs to see the pipeline is another monthly seat, including the ones who open it twice a month.

layers

Features gated by tier

Reporting, automations and custom fields sit on the next plan up. The upgrade is always one tier away.

extension

Add-ons on top of the plan

Lead capture, email campaigns, documents and a project board each bill separately.

lock

Your data behind their export

Your customer history lives in their system. Leaving means CSV exports and a rebuild.

dashboard

Dashboards that answer their questions

Reports show what the vendor decided to chart. The question you actually have is a filter you cannot build.

schedule

Admin instead of selling

Moving cards, logging calls and tidying fields is the work the tool creates, not the work it removes.

What you get instead

A CRM you talk to

Pipeline

Ask for the pipeline, get the answer

The data is plain records. Claude Code reads them, so any question you can phrase gets answered, not just the ones on a dashboard.

  • check Deals by stage with value and weighted value
  • check What moved this week and what is stuck
  • check Win rate, average deal size, days to close
  • check Any question you can phrase, not just the ones on the dashboard

Follow-ups

It tells you who has gone quiet

One command lists every open deal, task and contact that needs a nudge, then drafts the nudge from the full history.

  • check Open deals with no activity in 14 days
  • check Overdue tasks and contacts nobody has spoken to in a month
  • check A follow-up email drafted from the full timeline, in your voice
  • check Nothing sends without you

Your data

A database you own

Runs on a laptop with no database install, or on your own shared database for a team. Plain records any tool can read.

  • check Built-in database for one person, or a shared database for a team
  • check Import your Pipedrive export in one command
  • check Plain records. Any tool can read them.
  • check MIT licence, no vendor to leave

Claude Code

Slash commands instead of screens

The free version comes with the steps a small sales team follows every week. Add your own as the process changes.

  • check Checking the pipeline, adding a contact, logging a call, checking follow-ups and doing the weekly review
  • check Log a call in one sentence
  • check A Monday review written for you
  • check Add your own commands as your process changes

Switching

How to switch from Pipedrive

Moving off Pipedrive is mostly one export, one import command, and a short stretch running both systems side by side before you turn Pipedrive off.

  1. 1

    Export your Pipedrive data

In Pipedrive, export Organizations, Persons and Deals as CSV files. These three exports carry the pieces the CRM needs: companies, the people at them, and every deal with its stage, value and notes attached. Sample files in the same shape are included in the free version if you want to see the format before exporting your real account.

  2. 2

    Import them with one command

Import your three CSV files into the new system. It maps your Pipedrive stages onto Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won and Lost. It is safe to do more than once: records match on their Pipedrive ids, so importing again updates records instead of duplicating them.

  3. 3

    Check what didn't carry over

Read the guide before you rely on the import. It spells out what does not carry over from Pipedrive, and shows exactly which file feeds which type of record. Check the numbers against your Pipedrive account: same company count, same deal count, same total pipeline value.

  4. 4

Run both systems side by side

Keep Pipedrive open for a short stretch while you start working from the new system. Log calls and move deals in both places, then compare the pipeline view and follow-ups list against what Pipedrive shows. Once the numbers match and the team is comfortable working this way instead of clicking through screens, you are ready to stop.

  5. 5

    Turn off Pipedrive

Once your team is working entirely from the new commands and you have confirmed the import brought over what you need, cancel Pipedrive. Your data now lives in your own database, with no per-seat fee and no vendor holding your pipeline.

construction

Where the real effort goes

The real work is not the import command, it is deciding how your Pipedrive stages, custom fields and rules should map onto the new database, and how much history is worth bringing across. That takes judgment about your own process, not just a CSV file. Enterprise DNA handles this mapping and migration for you as part of the installed version.

Questions

Instead of Pipedrive, answered

Is it really free? expand_more

Yes. MIT licence. Run it anywhere, change anything, no account with us.

Do I need to know how databases work? expand_more

No. Claude Code writes the queries. Anyone who can describe what they want can run it.

What happens to my Pipedrive history? expand_more

Export Organizations, Persons and Deals as CSV, run the import command, and the history comes with you: companies, people, deals, stages, values and notes.

Can my team use it? expand_more

Yes. Point it at a shared database and everyone runs the same commands against the same data, with no per-seat fee.

What does the installed version add? expand_more

Installation, migration, email and calendar connection, commands written for your process, and someone to call. It runs alongside everything else Enterprise DNA runs for you.

Stop paying rent on your own customer list

30 minutes with Sam. We look at what you pay Pipedrive for, what your team actually uses, and what the installed version would look like for you. If it is a fit, we install it. If it is not, take the free version and run it yourself.
