Enterprise DNA

Instead of Site App Pro

Grow past your Site App Pro band. Own your site safety system.

Enterprise DNA builds a version around the way your crews sign on, run pre-starts and report, carries your Site App Pro records across, and looks after it month to month. Taking on apprentices does not change the price.

Site App Pro lists A$149 a month excl. GST for one or two employees, up to A$603 a month for a 31 to 50 person business, and quotes anyone bigger privately.

Where the monthly fee goes

A band price over forms your crews fill in

Site App Pro is a form builder with a phone app on the front. Take away the screens and what is left is a short list of records: who is on site, what could hurt them, what went wrong, and what was promised to fix it.

stairs

Bands that step up as you hire

The AU page prices by employee band: A$149 a month for one or two people, higher at 3, 13 and 31 staff, and a private quote past 50. Win a bigger contract, put on a crew, and the next band applies.

description

Your safety record stored as filled-in forms

SWMS, JSAs and incident logs are built as custom forms your crews fill in.

filter_alt

An export that only takes what is on screen

Their help centre says an incident export includes only the incidents currently displayed, and hidden columns stay hidden. Getting your whole history out is a filter exercise.

account_tree

Approval chains you set up and maintain

Multi-step approvals and reminders are set up in the app, and changed again when a process moves.

bar_chart

Dashboards that count forms

The reporting counts who filled what in and where.

lock_clock

Years of site history on a monthly plan

Incidents stay on file for years. On a subscription they sit behind a login you pay for every month, long after the job is finished.

What your crew gets instead

The site safety record, kept as records, priced the same at 5 staff or 60

Crew size

No band to climb

Every employee, subbie and visitor sits on the record at no cost per head, so the price does not move when the work does.

  • check The same monthly retainer whether you run two utes or twenty
  • check Subcontractors on the record, with their tickets and inductions beside them
  • check Summer crews and labour-hire workers added and stood down in a sentence
  • check The owner, the site supervisor and the safety adviser each ask their own questions

On site

Inductions and tickets checked before the first swing of a hammer

The system names anyone on site who is not inducted or out of ticket.

  • check Missing and expired site inductions, per site, per person, including subbies
  • check Tickets expiring in the next sixty days, so renewals are booked before the job needs them
  • check A person hurt doing work their lapsed ticket covers shows up on its own
  • check Sites gone quiet on toolbox talks surface before an inspector asks

When it goes wrong

A serious injury that cannot be left open

Record the event and if the regulator has to hear about it, the system keeps it at the top of the morning list until someone has made the call.

  • check A notifiable event stays open until the date the regulator was told is recorded
  • check No investigation closes without a fix or a written reason for none
  • check The written notice is drafted from the record, for a person to check and send
  • check Every hazard shows the incidents it has caused, so the repeat offender is obvious

Your records

Your history, out of the app and into your hands

People, sites, hazards, incidents and training live in a database the business controls. Any tool can read it, and nothing is lost if you stop paying anyone.

  • check Your Site App Pro exports brought across, checked on the way in, with a test run first
  • check Any imported serious injury with no regulator date goes straight to the top of the list
  • check Near misses per site across twelve months, so a site that stops reporting stands out
  • check Branded registers and incident reports printed from the data, with your logo on them

Switching

How to switch from Site App Pro

Moving off Site App Pro is mostly a data job: get your records out in full, get them mapped into the new system, and check the two line up before you let the old one go.

  1. 1

Export everything Site App Pro allows

Site App Pro's own help pages say incident exports only include what is currently on screen, and hidden columns stay hidden. Before you export, clear every filter and turn on every column, then pull sites, people, incidents and completed forms as CSV. If a report will not show everything at once, export it in parts rather than leave records out.

  2. 2

    Do a test load first

Before anything is saved for real, ask Claude Code to run a trial load of your files. This checks the columns line up and flags problems without touching your live records. Only once that test run looks right should you load the files in for good. Enterprise DNA does this step for you if they are running your setup.

  3. 3

    Check what the import flags

The first real load acts as an audit of your own records. Anything that looks wrong, such as a notifiable event with no date showing it was reported, gets surfaced straight away rather than buried. Go through what it flags before you rely on the new system, and fix or note each item so nothing carries over broken.

  4. 4

Run both systems side by side

Keep Site App Pro running for a short stretch while your team works from the new records. Report incidents, log hazards and check inductions in both places and compare. This is where you catch anything the export missed or the mapping got wrong, before crews are relying on the new system alone.

  5. 5

    Turn off Site App Pro

Once the two systems agree and your team is comfortable working from the new records, cancel Site App Pro. Keep a copy of your original exported files somewhere safe even after you switch off, in case you need to check something from the old system later.

Where the real effort goes

The real work is not moving the files, it is mapping Site App Pro's fields and your own rules onto the new system, and deciding how much history to bring across rather than start fresh. Clearing filters and exporting CSVs is simple. Matching columns, checking flagged records and setting up rules that fit how you actually work takes more care. Enterprise DNA handles this part when they set it up for you.

Questions

Instead of Site App Pro, answered

My crews live in the Site App Pro phone app. What do they use instead? expand_more

The free version is run by whoever keeps the safety records, in plain English. For crews on the tools, Enterprise DNA builds the field side into your version: a simple phone form, offline capture for sites with no signal, QR codes on plant for pre-starts. The records underneath stay yours whichever way the facts arrive.

How do I get everything out of Site App Pro? expand_more

Their help centre shows how to download incidents as CSV files. It also says the download holds only what is on screen, so clear every filter and turn on every column first. Pull sites, people, incidents and completed forms, and keep the files as they come out.

Will those files load in untouched? expand_more

Not straight away. The free version reads a set format, and Site App Pro's columns are laid out differently. Matching them is part of what Enterprise DNA does in setup, or an owner can ask Claude Code to map them and do a test run before anything is saved.

We work under Australian WHS law. Does it follow our rules? expand_more

The free version ships with a rule book written for New Zealand law, each rule citing its section. For an Australian business, Enterprise DNA tunes that rule book to your business as part of setup, and the rules stay in a file you can read.

Site App Pro has no setup fee. Why would I pay one? expand_more

Because the setup fee buys a system built around your business: your records moved across and checked, your forms and routines set up, the field tools you need added, and the rules matched to where you work. After that the monthly retainer covers running it, and it does not rise when you hire.

Stop paying more for safety every time you hire

Thirty minutes with Sam. We go through which Site App Pro band you are on, which forms your crews actually fill in, and what your own version would look like on your sites. If it fits, we build it and run it. If not, the free version is yours to keep.
