The plans
What StrataMax charges
StrataMax publishes no pricing on its website. Access starts with a sales enquiry and a priced implementation project, and once you are in, the platform is metered per lot per month, with payments, meetings and owner portals sold as separate modules on top.
Per lot subscription
Quoted privately
Access starts with a sales enquiry and a separate priced implementation project before the per lot subscription even begins.
How the bill is built
Metered per lot, per month
StrataMax does not publish pricing. Access starts with a sales enquiry, and once you are in, the platform is metered per lot per month, so the bill grows every time you win a new building, whether or not anyone works harder.
Modules sold one at a time
The payments product for receipting, Meeting Hub for meetings and the owner portal are each their own product on the platform. Every one is another line on the invoice and another place your data lives.
Implementation priced before you start
Data conversion, configuration and training are a separate project priced before your subscription starts. Every time your process changes afterwards, it becomes a change request into a vendor queue rather than something you can adjust yourself.
A second stack bolted on top
Because the platform does not run daily workflow, many managers add a separate tool on top of it for the week to week work. That means two subscriptions, two logins, and the roll re-keyed between them.
A year of StrataMax
Quoted privately, but built to grow
StrataMax names no yearly figure, so what you pay depends on how many lots you manage, how many modules you add for payments, meetings and owner access, and the size of the implementation project you agree to before you start. Win new buildings and the per lot meter keeps adding to a bill you never see priced upfront.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
Screens over records you already own
The schemes, the roll, the levy record and the registers are yours. What StrataMax rents you is the screens around them, metered per lot every month, behind a price you have to ask a salesperson for.
Modules for work you already do
Receipting, meetings and owner access are not part of one price. Each is sold as its own module, so running a full portfolio means stacking several priced products on top of the base subscription.
Access to your own history
Years of levy history, minutes and registers sit inside a database you cannot query yourself. Leaving means asking the vendor for an export of records your business created, and paying to have them moved.
The owned alternative
Your records, run in plain language, that you own
Enterprise DNA builds Body Corporate for Claude Code around how your business actually runs, brings your StrataMax data across and runs it for you, for one setup fee and then a monthly retainer, with no per seat plans and no modules to buy separately. The schemes, the roll, the levy ledger and the registers sit in a database you own, worked in plain language. A free version exists too, for an owner willing to run it themselves.
Body Corporate for Claude Code
One setup fee, then a monthly retainer. No per-seat plans, no tiers, and the system is yours.

Questions
StrataMax pricing, answered
Does StrataMax show its prices anywhere? expand_more
No. StrataMax keeps its pricing private. You cannot see a rate card on its website, and getting a number means starting a sales enquiry, which leads into a structured implementation project priced before your subscription even begins.
How is a StrataMax subscription actually charged? expand_more
Once you are through implementation, StrataMax meters your subscription per lot, per month. On top of that base rate, functions like receipting, meetings and owner portals are sold as separate modules, each adding its own line to the invoice.
Why do strata managers end up paying for a second tool as well? expand_more
Because a trust accounting platform like StrataMax does not run the day to day workflow, many managers add a separate tool for the week's work on top of it, which means two subscriptions, two logins and the roll re-keyed between the two.
