The plans
What Wisenet charges
Wisenet charges a monthly plan fee that starts at A$290 for Starter, A$500 for Standard and A$770 for Premium, all excluding tax and tied to a two-year initial term. The subscription meters your active learners, so the bill moves with enrolment activity even though users themselves are unlimited across every tier.
Starter
A$290 a month
Annualises to A$3,480 before tax and covers base learner administration.
Standard
A$500 a month
Annualises to A$6,000 before tax and adds the learner app, trainer portal, timetabling, attendance and custom documents.
Premium
A$770 a month
Annualises to A$9,240 before tax and adds advanced workflows, premium connectors and document automation.

How the bill is built
Metered by active learners
Wisenet's plans meter how many learners are active in your system at a time. Your enrolment volume drives the bill up or down, even though user seats themselves stay unlimited across Starter, Standard and Premium.
Features locked to higher tiers
The learner app, trainer portal, timetabling, attendance and custom documents sit in Standard. Advanced workflows, premium connectors and document automation only appear once you move up to Premium, whatever your actual usage.
A two-year initial term
Starter, Standard and Premium rates are quoted on a two-year initial term. That locks in the starting monthly rate for the length of the agreement before any renewal terms come into play.
Reports and connectors cost extra
Custom reports and the BI connector are marked optional on top of the monthly plan fee. Pricing for larger active learner volumes past Premium is set by discussion with Wisenet directly.
A year of Wisenet
What a year of Wisenet costs
Starter annualises to A$3,480, Standard to A$6,000 and Premium to A$9,240, all excluding tax. Those are starting rates on a two-year initial term, before any active learner metering pushes the bill higher through the year. Enterprise volumes are priced by discussion with Wisenet, so a training provider growing past Premium has no public yearly figure to plan against.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
Access to your own learner records
Your learner, course, attendance, results and fee history sit inside Wisenet's system. The subscription is what keeps that history visible to your own staff, rather than something your provider holds and controls outright.
Features held back for higher tiers
The learner app, trainer portal, timetabling, attendance, custom documents, advanced workflows, premium connectors and document automation are split across three paid tiers. Reaching the tools your provider needs day to day can mean paying for a higher plan than your current one.
A metered bill tied to enrolment
Active learner metering means the amount you pay moves with how many learners are active, not with a fixed seat count. Growth in enrolments increases the bill on top of the starting monthly rate for your plan.
The owned alternative
An owned alternative to the subscription
Enterprise DNA builds your own version of Training Provider for Claude Code around how your provider runs, brings your Wisenet records across through a mapped and reconciled export, and runs it for you. You pay one setup fee, then a monthly retainer, with no per-seat plans and no active learner metering. A free version also exists, covering learner administration, attendance, results, fees and record review, which an owner can run themselves.

Questions
Wisenet pricing, answered
Why does Wisenet's bill change from month to month? expand_more
Wisenet's Starter, Standard and Premium rates meter active learners, so your bill moves with how many learners are active in the system at any time. The published A$290, A$500 and A$770 monthly rates are starting points, not fixed totals, on a two-year initial term.
Does the advertised monthly rate include tax? expand_more
No. The A$290, A$500 and A$770 monthly rates for Starter, Standard and Premium are all quoted excluding tax, on a two-year initial term. Add tax and any active learner metering to those figures before comparing them with what you currently pay.
What happens if our training provider grows past Premium? expand_more
Once your active learner numbers or feature needs move past Premium, Wisenet prices enterprise level access by discussion directly with the vendor. There is no published rate for that tier, so a growing provider cannot see the next cost step in advance.
