The plans
What CartonCloud charges
CartonCloud sells access through four package tiers, Starter, Professional, Professional Plus and Enterprise, with the exact amount quoted privately for your operation. On top of that package fee, usage volume is priced independently, so your bill moves with how much stock and how many orders pass through the warehouse each month.
Starter
Quoted privately
The entry package tier, priced for your operation rather than published as a fixed amount.
Professional
Quoted privately
A higher package tier with usage volume still charged separately on top.
Professional Plus
Quoted privately
A further package tier, with the same volume-based charge sitting alongside it.
Enterprise
Quoted privately
The top package tier, with your quote set by capability needs plus order volume.
How the bill is built
Package tier sets what you can use
CartonCloud's four tiers, Starter through Enterprise, set which capabilities you can access. Your warehouse records stay the same business asset underneath whichever tier you are quoted, but the tier decides what you are allowed to do with them.
Usage volume charged separately
CartonCloud prices usage volume independently from the package tier. That means your order and stock volumes change the bill on top of whatever tier you have already committed to, so busier months and growth can push the quote higher without changing tier.
Warehouse, transport and billing bundled together
CartonCloud bundles warehouse management, transport management and automated billing into one platform fee. If your warehouse only needs part of that, you are still paying for the parts you do not use, since the package is not sold piece by piece.
Customer portal and mobile apps included in the tier
CartonCloud includes customer portal access and warehouse or driver mobile applications as part of the package rather than as separate add-on fees. Those capabilities sit inside the same tier and volume pricing already described.
A year of CartonCloud
A yearly total that is quoted, not published
CartonCloud publishes no fixed subscription amount, so there is no public yearly figure to multiply out. What drives the bill up over a year is the package tier you are placed on plus the usage volume moving through your warehouse each month, both quoted privately and both able to rise as your operation grows.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
Screens standing over your own stock records
Your stock, lot, customer and charge records sit inside CartonCloud's platform rather than a database your business owns outright. You are paying for the screens that sit over those records, not for the records themselves.
Capability held back by your package tier
CartonCloud's four tiers, Starter through Enterprise, each unlock different capability. Features available on a higher tier are withheld on a lower one, so part of the bill is really the cost of access to functions, not extra work being done.
Volume charged on top of the tier you already pay for
Usage volume is priced independently of the package tier. So beyond the tier fee itself, you are paying again as your order and stock volumes grow, even though the underlying work your warehouse does has not fundamentally changed.
The owned alternative
Your own warehouse records, run in plain language
3PL Warehouse for Claude Code keeps your receipts, dispatch, customer notes and charge records in a database your business owns, with no per-seat plans and no package tier deciding what you can see. Enterprise DNA builds your version around how your warehouse actually runs, brings your CartonCloud data across and runs it for you, for one setup fee then a monthly retainer. A free version is also available for an owner to run themselves.
3PL Warehouse for Claude Code
One setup fee, then a monthly retainer. No per-seat plans, no tiers, and the system is yours.

Questions
CartonCloud pricing, answered
Does CartonCloud publish a fixed monthly price? expand_more
No. CartonCloud's own pricing explanation describes Starter, Professional, Professional Plus and Enterprise package tiers with usage volume priced separately, but gives no fixed subscription amount. You get a quote built around your package tier and order volume rather than a published price list.
Why does our CartonCloud quote keep changing? expand_more
Because usage volume is priced independently from your package tier. As your order and stock volumes rise or fall, the quote moves even if you stay on the same Starter, Professional, Professional Plus or Enterprise tier, since both parts of the bill are charged separately.
Are the customer portal and mobile apps extra on top of the package? expand_more
CartonCloud includes customer portal access and warehouse or driver mobile applications within its package tiers rather than charging a separate fee for each. They sit inside whichever tier and usage volume you are quoted, not as standalone add-ons.
