Elvanto charges a monthly subscription based on the number of active adults in your church, with a one-off setup fee on top. The plans run from A$19 a month for 50 active adults to A$39 a month for 100, before the A$149 setup charge.

How the bill is built
Priced by active adults
Elvanto counts adults who attend, volunteer or give, and the plan you're charged depends on that headcount. Children and non-active contacts are not charged, but as your congregation grows past 50 or 100 adults, your monthly plan rises with it.
A continuing monthly subscription
At monthly billing, the 50 and 100 active adult plans add up to A$228 and A$468 across a year. Annual billing is priced differently, so your yearly total depends on which billing cycle your church chooses.
One-off setup charge
Alongside the subscription, Elvanto charges a A$149 setup fee that includes help moving your existing records into the system when your church first signs up.
Features bundled into the price
The subscription includes service planning, volunteer scheduling, support and upgrades as part of the same fee, rather than as separate add-ons priced apart from your plan.

Your people, giving and roster records sit inside Elvanto's system for as long as the subscription runs. Reviewed exports exist for people and giving, but shaping a workflow exactly to your church means working inside its structure, not your own.
