How much does Enrolmy cost for a holiday programme? expand_more
For holiday-only programmes, Enrolmy’s standard monthly plans are NZ$199, NZ$299 and NZ$399 including GST. The attendee bands are based on children booked over the previous six months. Optional services can add to the bill, and before and after school care uses different attendee bands.

Start by checking the exports available in your account and comparing them with the records you need. The free version imports reviewed family, child, contact, booking and invoice records after column mapping. Original documents, signatures and historic attendance need a separate reviewed plan, with a test run and count checks before cutover.
Will a replacement include parent bookings and staff sign-in? expand_more
The free version is for trusted office staff handling programme records. For a custom version, Enterprise DNA scopes the booking page, staff screens, permissions and collection workflow with you. The programme still verifies who is collecting each child.

The system can flag selected record gaps against the February 2026 OSCAR standard, including contact details, attendance evidence, parent acknowledgements and first aid cover.
