How the bill is built
A licence for every named user
Partners price MYOB Acumatica per named user each month, so the bill follows headcount rather than use. Fifteen staff who log in only now and then still need fifteen paid licences before any work starts.
The edition sets your rate
Construction and Manufacturing editions sit on top of the base product at a higher monthly rate per user. You pay for whichever edition carries the project or stock routines your business happens to need.
Implementation billed as a project
A partner scopes, configures and loads your data before go live, and this is quoted separately from the monthly subscription. It is a one-off project cost that lands before you see any ongoing benefit.
Support and changes on top
Help after go live comes as a partner support plan or time and materials charge. A new field, report or approval step is a change request, billed again, on top of the licence and support fees.
