The plans
What Opmetrix charges
Opmetrix charges a monthly seat for every rep, merchandiser, telesales person and manager, with the entry plan listed at NZ$75 per user per month. On top of that sits a project fee for implementation, priced before your subscription even starts.
Entry plan
NZ$75 per user per month
The only publicly listed figure, charged per rep, merchandiser, telesales person or manager on the system. Everything above it is priced privately, with no published list of higher tiers.
How the bill is built
A seat for every person in the field
Every rep, merchandiser, telesales person and manager is billed as a monthly seat, whether they are in store five days a week or two. Headcount, not usage, is what moves the bill.
A project fee before you start
Implementation is priced separately from the subscription. Setting up the customer list, the product list, the price rules and the in-store forms is a project fee charged before the monthly seats even begin.
The ERP connector is theirs to run
The link into MYOB, Xero or NetSuite is built and maintained by the vendor, not by you. That is also why a disabled product can take an hour or two to disappear from the app.
Extra reporting becomes a support ticket
Reporting flexibility is limited by design. A distribution report by category is not a filter you build yourself, it is a request you send in, and that sits outside the seat price.
A year of Opmetrix
What NZ$75 a month per person adds up to
At the entry plan's NZ$75 per user per month, one seat runs NZ$900 a year before the implementation project fee. Add a merchandiser, a telesales person and a manager and that seat cost multiplies four times over, before whatever sits above the entry plan, which is priced privately rather than published.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
Screens over your own records
The outlets, the call cycles and the order history are yours. The app sitting on top of them is what you actually rent, and the rent is set per person, per month, before the setup fee to configure it.
Reports held back until you ask
Reporting flexibility is the first thing users complain about. A distribution report by product category is not something you can build yourself, it is a support ticket to the vendor.
Pricing rules that do not match how you price
Discount structures only handle one customer and product category combination at a time. The way you actually price outlets ends up living in a spreadsheet next to the app rather than inside it.
The owned alternative
Your own version, built and run for you
Enterprise DNA builds a version of this around how your business actually runs, brings your customers, contacts, reps, territories, call cycles, orders and order history across from Opmetrix, and runs it for you. One setup fee, then a monthly retainer, no per-seat plans. There is also a free version an owner can run themselves.
Field Sales for Claude Code
One setup fee, then a monthly retainer. No per-seat plans, no tiers, and the system is yours.

Questions
Opmetrix pricing, answered
Does the monthly seat price cover everyone, or just reps? expand_more
Every rep, merchandiser, telesales person and manager on the system is a monthly seat. Whether someone is in store five days a week or two, they are billed the same, so a larger field team scales the bill directly with headcount rather than with usage.
Is there a cost on top of the monthly subscription to get started? expand_more
Yes. Implementation, including the customer list, the product list, price rules and in-store forms, is priced as a project fee separate from the monthly seats, and it is charged before your subscription starts.
Why is there no public price list beyond the entry plan? expand_more
Only the entry plan appears publicly, listed at NZ$75 per user per month on third party software directories. There is no published pricing above that, so any team needing more than the base plan has to ask for a quote directly.
