The plans
What TidyHQ charges
TidyHQ charges a subscription for its Pro plan, either A$890 or NZ$990 a year, on top of which sits a one percent service fee and a fixed transaction charge. Payment-provider fees are added again before any money reaches the club.
Free

Pro
A$890 a year (A$89 a month) or NZ$990 a year (NZ$99 a month)
Adds unlimited apps and integrations, a larger email allowance and custom domain support.
Enterprise
Quoted privately
Built for leagues and peak bodies, with connected clubs and shared reporting.
How the bill is built
A subscription tier for basic administration
You pay to unlock features that sit on top of your own contact and membership records. The free plan caps apps and integrations at two, so most clubs are pushed toward Pro to get more than the basics.
A service fee on every transaction
Pro carries a one percent service fee plus a fixed transaction charge on payments taken through the platform. This is charged before any payment-provider fee, so a club paying subs and event fees pays twice for the same money.
Payment-provider fees on top again
The service fee and fixed charge are additional to whatever your payment provider charges. Neither figure is included in the headline A$890 or NZ$990 subscription price, so the real annual cost sits above the plan price.
Enterprise priced by conversation
Federations and peak bodies with connected clubs and shared reporting move to Enterprise, which is quoted rather than published. Clubs that grow into needing this tier lose the fixed, predictable price they started with.
A year of TidyHQ
What a club actually pays TidyHQ a year
The published figure is A$890 a year in Australia or NZ$990 a year in New Zealand for Pro, or twelve months at A$89 or NZ$99. That figure is before the one percent service fee, the fixed transaction charge and payment-provider fees, all of which apply to money the club already collected from its own members.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
Screens over records you already have
Contacts, members and administrators are unlimited on every plan, including free. What you pay for on Pro is a nicer screen over data that is already yours, not access to information you would otherwise lack.
Fees on money that is already the club's
The one percent service fee and fixed transaction charge sit on subs and event payments the members already paid the club. A payment-provider fee is added on top of that again.
Features held back until you upgrade
The free plan limits apps and integrations to two. Unlimited apps, a larger email allowance and custom domain support only unlock on Pro, so basic committee tools are used as the reason to pay the subscription.
The owned alternative
An owned alternative built around your club
Club for Claude Code puts the same records in a database your club owns, run in plain language with Claude Code, with no per-seat plans. Enterprise DNA builds your version around how your committee actually works, brings your TidyHQ data across and can run it for you, for one setup fee then a monthly retainer. A free version exists that an owner can run themselves.

Questions
TidyHQ pricing, answered
Does TidyHQ charge anything beyond the yearly or monthly subscription? expand_more
Yes. Pro carries a one percent service fee plus a fixed transaction charge on payments taken through the platform, and these sit alongside whatever your payment provider charges. Neither is included in the A$890 or NZ$990 headline price.
Is the free TidyHQ plan enough for a small club? expand_more
It covers unlimited contacts, members and administrators, but only two apps or integrations. Most clubs that want more connections, a larger email allowance or a custom domain move to Pro to get past that limit.
What triggers a move to TidyHQ's Enterprise pricing? expand_more
Enterprise is aimed at leagues and peak bodies that need connected clubs and shared reporting. It is quoted privately rather than published, so a club that grows into needing it loses the fixed price it started with.
