Billed by your total asset count
Whip Around's plan guide describes asset-based billing, with special arrangements for trailers and equipment. The more vehicles, trailers and equipment you track, the higher your bill climbs, regardless of how many checks your team actually completes each month.
Standard and Pro sit apart
Standard covers inspection forms, defect management and the driver and manager apps. Pro sits above it and adds preventive maintenance, work orders, parts and service history. Workshop features are held in the higher tier, not included in the base plan.
Paid additions layered on top
Beyond the core plans, Whip Around lists paid feature additions you can add to your subscription. Each addition sits on top of your asset-based bill, so the final cost depends on which extras your fleet office decides it needs.

Maintenance features held in Pro
Preventive maintenance, work orders, parts and service history sit in the Pro tier above Standard. If your fleet only pays for Standard, those workshop tools stay out of reach until you move up to the higher, costlier plan.
Your own exports need extra work
Help documentation confirms exports exist for assets, inspection history and defects, but export headings vary and require explicit mapping. Getting your own records out in a usable shape is not automatic, even though you have been paying for them.
