How the bill is built
One plan per board
BoardPro charges by board, not by director, and includes unlimited users. The commercial annual price depends on whether you choose Essentials, Premium or Ultimate. If your organisation has more than one board, account for a plan for each.
Subcommittees cost extra
Each subcommittee adds US$825 annually. Include the committees alongside the main board when you review the renewal, so you compare the full recurring subscription rather than the board plan alone.
Features vary by plan
Essentials covers core meeting records and workflows. Premium includes voting, annotations, minutes signing and flying minutes, while Ultimate adds dedicated support and training benefits. The tier you choose changes the annual board subscription.
The subscription repeats yearly
The listed plans and subcommittee subscriptions are annual charges. Your renewal reflects the plan for each board and the number of subcommittees you subscribe to. Users are unlimited, so the charge is not built around director count.

Can BoardPro records move to an owned system? expand_more
Yes, with a review step. BoardPro documents PDF downloads for actions, decisions and interests, as well as manual downloads of meeting documents. Enterprise DNA can handle mapping and reconciliation for the owned version. The transfer is not an automatic move of the entire account.
